Refund policy

At CustomFit, all our products are made-to-order based on each customer’s size, color, and design selection. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

✅ Eligibility for Replacement

You may request a replacement if:

  • The product received is damaged or defective

  • The design/size/color is different from what you ordered

  • The product is missing or incomplete

To request a replacement:

  1. Email us at support@customfit.in within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Include your order number and photos/video of the issue

  3. Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours

❌ Not Eligible for Return/Refund

  • Wrong size ordered by customer

  • Change of mind

  • Slight color differences due to screen brightness

  • Delay caused by courier partners

  • Packages marked “delivered” by courier

💰 Refund Method

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

🚚 Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order.
After production starts, cancellation is not possible.
